The Suction Depanner Continuous Semi-Automatic Toast Bakery Production Line is a highly efficient integrated system designed for commercial toast, sandwich loaf, tin bread, and bread rusk production. The production process begins with dough preparation and make-up line operations. Optional static proving rooms for trolleys, automatic trolley loaders, and un-loaders can be integrated based on customer requirements. After final proofing, toast moulds are automatically equipped with lids before baking.

The system utilizes either air/gas proportional controlled direct heated tunnel ovens or air circulation type indirect heated tunnel ovens for baking. Post-baking operations include automatic de-lidding and product extraction using suction depanners, needle depanners, or flip-over depanners.

Baked products are cooled through spiral coolers while empty pans return via pan cooling tunnels to the dough positioning and panning machines, completing the production cycle. The line can also accommodate slicing machines and drying ovens for bread rusk production.

Saimai's tunnel oven features independent temperature control in each zone to ensure uniform texture and color throughout the baked products. The user-friendly software saves recipes and enables quick product switching to minimize downtime and reduce waste.
