Design Feature
Coosai heavy duty slurry knife gate valve ,Seat of soft seal will use pressure to make disc tightest in order to achieve the best sealing effect. When disc is fully open, the 2 sealing seats connect closely and make valve seat complete seal, and medium can not enter into valve chamber through valve seat. In this way, it can significantly reduce the medium wash valve body and disc. Meanwhile, pressure sealed soft seal seat have good abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance, it can improve valve sealing effect and working time. And after valve is fully closed, disc can be removed conveniently (no need to disassemble the entire valve), and in this way, it will not affect the pipeline normal operating.
 
Working conditions: this valve is widely applied for soda ash, paper pulping, mining, etc. Pressure is usually under 150 Lb and temperature is within 150℃.

- Valve work principle:

The bottom of disc is wedge design, and circle arc cross section can not only guarantee pressure sealed soft seat will not be damaged when valve close, but also can prevent medium entering into valve chamber during valve open-close.
