Slurry knife gate valve

- Work principle:

Coosai SKSE Slurry knife gate valve adopts a push-in design to discharge a minimum of process medium between valve opening and closing. In the operation, the valve sleeve provides a pressure barrier by sealing each other. The gate separates the sleeve during operation.When the gate from the open to the closed position, there will be a little of fluid discharge . The small amount of liquid discharged will flow out through the bottom of the valve and safely flow to the designated position under the action of the splash plate ,which installed in the bottom of the valve.

And the bottom of gate is wedge design, and arc of section can guarantee pressure sealed soft seat will not be damaged when valve close, but also prevent medium entering into valve chamber during valve open-close.
