Forging Steel Flanged Globe Valve

1. Full bore or reducing bore;

2. Outside screw and yoke (OS&Y)

3. Self-centered pressure plate and sleeve type;

4. Bolted connection, spiral wound gasket sealed bonnet, threaded connection, all welded sealed bonnet, and threaded connection with inside pressure self- tightened bonnet;

5. One-piece upper sealing seat;

6. Valve disc may be changed to throttling type, needle type, ball type and check type.

Coosai Forged steel globe valves are provided with three types of bonnet design. Firstly bolted bonnet, with valve body and bonnet bolted, spiral wound gasket (made of 304 with flexible graphite) or sealed by metal ring junction. Secondly, welded bonnet, with the body and bonnet threaded, all welded seal. Full penetration welded connection may apply in case of customer's special request. Thirdly, pressure self- tightening bonnet, with the body and bonnet threaded, sealed by inside pressure self- tightening ring.
