3. Technical characteristics of ball mill
(1) The transmission forms used by the drum mill include edge leaflet, center drive, multi-point meshing edge drive, etc.; the drive forms include asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion + large gear and synchronous motor + air clutch + pinion + large gear;
(2) Generally, the support method of static and dynamic pressure bearings at both ends is adopted, and a fully enclosed self-aligning 1200 line contact 'rocker type' bearing is used. Full static pressure support;
(3) The large open gear is designed according to the American AGMA standard, equipped with a sealed and reliable gear cover, and equipped with a glycerin automatic spray lubricating device;
(4) The cylinder is the key part of the mill, and a computer is used to carry out finite element analysis on it to ensure the reliability of its use;
(5) The large and medium-sized mills are equipped with slow drive devices;
(6) Large and medium-sized mills are equipped with high and low pressure lubrication stations;
(7) The control and protection system adopts PLC control.
