3. The working principle of the spiral chute
The divider is placed freely on the cross (or tripod) of the support table. The uniform pulp is slowly fed to the surface of the spiral groove through the feeding groove installed at the head end of the spiral groove for sorting. The end of the spiral groove is equipped with a valve block-type product intercepting groove, which divides the sorted products into three (or four) grades in the radial direction. The cut-off width of each product can be changed by adjusting the position of the valve block. The product gathering bucket is a concentric annular cylinder, which collects and exports the intercepted multi-head ore streams separately. The cross section of the spiral chute, the change of the slope of the curve is especially suitable for the selection of fine particle materials. The mineral processing equipment has the advantages of simple structure, no moving parts, light weight, no noise, convenient configuration, installation and maintenance.
4. Structural characteristics of spiral chute
The glass fiber reinforced plastic spiral chute consists of six parts: feeder, ore feeder, spiral groove, product intercepting groove, product gathering bucket and groove bracket (including cross or tripod). The helical groove formed by the helical flakes is the main component. The spiral pieces are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (glass fiber reinforced plastic) and are connected together by bolts. The selected surface of the spiral groove has a prefabricated wear-resistant layer. The mineral processing equipment has the advantages of light weight, firmness and durability. The upper part of the spiral groove is provided with a multi-pipe ore-feeder and evenly distributed ore, which is easy to control.
