1. ZJA series planetary reducer, its technical characteristics are:
(1) Two-stage gear transmission;
(2) The sun wheel and the planet wheel are made of advanced nickel-chromium steel. After carburizing and quenching heat treatment and grinding, the precision can reach GB/T10095 level 6 or above. The inner gear ring is made of advanced chromium-molybdenum steel after quenching and tempering treatment, the precision can reach GB/T10095 level 7.
(3) Using floating components and drum gear coupling to ensure the load between the planetary wheels;
(4) The transmission efficiency of the reducer is not less than 0.96;
(5) The service life of the reducer is not less than 10 years;
