1. Introduction of Oxidation Pellet Rotary Kiln Metallurgy Machine
Oxidation pellet rotary kiln is the main production equipment for calcination of pellets in the pelletizing plant. The accuracy of temperature detection at each point in the rotary kiln plays a decisive role in the quality, output, energy consumption, cost and safe operation of the equipment. The rotation of rotary kiln brings many inconvenience to accurately measure the temperature inside rotary kiln. Therefore, choosing accurate, economical and practical temperature measuring system of rotary kiln is an important means to ensure the normal production of rotary kiln.
In 2003, a Φ5×33m oxidized pellet kiln was manufactured to fill the gap in China. In 2005, "world kiln king" Φ 6.58×47.2m pellet kiln was manufactured.
