2. Gold Leaching Agent Product use method

The application process of environmental protection gold extraction agent is the same as that of sodium cyanide. The precious liquid and lean liquid in the production can be reused. The gold extraction of precious liquid is adsorbed by activated carbon (zinc powder, zinc wire replacement or exchange resin).The leaching effect of gold is best when the ambient temperature is above 10℃, and it can be added with sodium cyanide at the same time.

1) Heap leaching (pool leaching) process: spray solution with mass concentration of 0.03-0.1% prepared with clean water (or pool leaching);

2) Stirring leaching process: it can be configured to add 10%-15% solution, or directly added to the stirring tank in the form of solid. The concentration of reagent in the leaching pulp is generally within the range of 0.03-0.1%.

2. Product use process

(1) First, adjust the alkalinity of the ore pile or pulp with lime or other alkali, and adjust the pH value to 11-12;

(2) Heap or pool leaching, according to the best leaching concentration determined by the test, preparation of a certain concentration of gold extraction agent solution for spraying or soaking.

(3)Stirring leaching, according to the best slurry concentration determined by the test, the concentration of gold extraction agent, leaching time and other conditions, leaching;

(4)In the leaching process, the concentration of gold leaching agent should be determined regularly, and when the concentration decreases, the gold extraction agent should be supplemented in time;
