Ⅱ. Rolling principle of Hydraulic Three-Roll Symmetrical Plate Rolling Machine of Metallurgy Machine
The structure of this machine is three rolls symmetrical. The upper roller moves vertically up and down in the symmetrical position of the center of the two lower rollers, which is obtained by the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on the piston. The two lower rollers rotate, and the output gear of the reducer meshes with the lower roller gear to realize the walking of the plate. When the lower pressure of the upper roll exceeds the yield limit of the material, the rolled material will be deformed. The deformation process is shown as follows:
