Ⅱ.Rolling principle of Hydraulic Three-Roll Symmetrical Plate Rolling Machine of Metallurgy Machine
The structure of this machine is three rolls symmetrical. The upper roller moves vertically up and down in the symmetrical position of the center of the two lower rollers, which is obtained by the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on the piston. The two lower rollers rotate, and the output gear of the reducer meshes with the lower roller gear to realize the walking of the plate. When the lower pressure of the upper roll exceeds the yield limit of the material, the rolled material will be deformed.
Ⅲ.Matters needing attention of Hydraulic Three-Roll Symmetrical Plate Rolling Machine of Metallurgy Machine
1. It is strictly prohibited to use hydraulic oil.
2. Overload is strictly prohibited.
3. It is strictly prohibited to run after overlapping of two plate heads (in the case that the height of the upper roll is not adjusted), which is easy to damage the gear and roll.
4. Be careful not to let foreign matter fall into the gear and oil filling port.
5. No feet or hands shall be placed on the rotating workpiece or roll during the rolling operation. No one shall be allowed on both sides of the rolling machine to prevent foreign bodies from escaping and accidents.
6. There must be leakage protection device.
7. When lifting the upper roll, it is necessary to keep a certain distance between the upper roll and the upper limit screw.
8. The oil drum is filled with butter, and then add enough oil in the gearbox, do not disassemble casually.
9. The direction of the motor must be rotated according to the direction indicated.
10. The oil pump motor is prohibited to reverse.
