1. Principle overview of XS7.6 ore dressing equipment shaking table
The shaking table is mainly composed of eight parts: head of bed, motor, slope shaking table, bed surface, ore trough, water tank, incoming strip and lubrication system. The longitudinal reciprocating motion of the bed surface is realized by the crank connecting rod type transmission mechanism. The motor drives the crankshaft to rotate through the belt pulley, and the rocker moves up and down accordingly. When the rocker moves down, the elbow plate pushes the rear shaft and the reciprocating rod to move backward, and the spring is compressed. The bed surface is connected by the linkage seat and to the double rod, so at this time also make the bed surface for backward movement, when the rocker moves upward, due to the extension of the spring tension push, the bed surface moves forward.
2. Scope of application of XS7.6 ore dressing equipment shaking table
6-S shaking table is one of the main equipment of gravity separation, which is widely used in the separation of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold and other rare metals and precious metals. It can be used for roughing, selecting, sweeping and other different operations. It can separate coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), slime (-0.074) and other different grain grades. It can also be used for the separation of iron, manganese ore and coal. When dealing with tungsten, tin and other ores, the effective recovery size range of the shaking table is 2-0.22 mm.
