Product Features
Vertical spiral mill uses stirring to achieve the purpose of grinding and refining particles. Under the stirring of the agitator, the medium balls and the ore materials in the stirring tank perform multi-dimensional circulation and rotational motions, and the gravity generated by the medium balls and the ore materials and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation are comprehensively utilized to produce collision, friction, and shearing between the medium balls, between the ore materials, and between the medium balls and the ore materials. Under the action of momentum and impulse, the ore materials are deformed, broken, and finally crushed to achieve the ideal particle size. Compared with traditional ball mills at the same power, it saves 30% to 50% energy. The smaller the product particle size, the more obvious the energy saving effect. The maximum feed particle size can reach 6mm, and the minimum discharge particle size can reach 0.02mm.
