Brief Introduction

The Structure Of Ore Dressing Equipment
It is composed of a speed-regulating motor, a slurry pump, a cyclone, a ZKR linear vibrating screen, a washing tank, a return material box, etc.
Working process
The pump conveys the sand-water mixture to the cyclone. The fine sand that has been centrifugatively classified and concentrated is provided to the vibrating screen through the grit chamber. After dewatering by the vibrating screen, the fine particles are effectively separated from the water. A small amount of fine sand, mud, etc. pass through the return box to the washing tank. When the liquid level in the washing tank is too high, it is discharged through the discharge port. The weight concentration of the recovered materials by the linear vibrating screen is 70%-85%. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing the pump speed, altering the mortar concentration, regulating the overflow water volume, and replacing the sand outlet nozzle. Thus, the three functions of cleaning, dehydration and classification are accomplished.
