Horizontal Vibrating Centrifugal Dehydrator Mine Coal Slime Efficient Dehydration Screen Basket

Working Principle:
The material enters the bottom of the screen basket through an enameled feed pipe and screen base. Centrifugal force pushes the material inside the basket against the screen surface. Vibration forces the material layer evenly toward the larger end of the basket. The dehydrated material is flung out from the sides of the basket and falls into the discharge port at the bottom of the housing. Centrifugal force forces the moisture in the material through the material layer and screen slits, flinging it around the housing and flowing along the housing wall to the drain port.
