The oxidation pelletizing rotary kiln is widely used in the metallurgical, chemical, and environmental protection industries for sintering materials such as oxidation pellets.
Working Principle
Oxidized pellets enter the kiln through a feed system. As the kiln rotates, the pellets move through the kiln, undergoing drying, preheating, roasting, and cooling processes before being discharged from the discharge port.
Technical Features:
● The kiln body is constructed of high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel plates and automatically welded;
● The tires, support rollers, and open gears are constructed of alloy cast steel;
● Large-clearance sliding bearings without scraping pads;
● The transmission system utilizes a hardened gear reducer, flexible diaphragm coupling, and DC motor;
● Hydraulic gears are used;
● The kiln head and kiln drum are pressure-resistantly sealed using preheater scale;
● Slow-speed drive mechanism.
