Good Dehydration Effect TWZ Series Horizontal Vibrating Centrifuge
TWZ series horizontal vibrating centrifuge is a kind of equipment used for material dehydration, mainly used for dehydration of lump clean coal, medium coal and similar materials. The designed feed size is 0.5mm~50mm. It has the advantages of small initial investment, small footprint, low energy consumption, good dehydration effect, low coal crushing rate, long screen basket life, easy operation and maintenance, and low noise. It is widely used in coal, chemical, food and other industries.
Working Principle
Material enters the bottom of the screen basket through a feed pipe and is held against the screen surface by centrifugal force. Vibration causes the material to move evenly toward the larger end of the screen basket. The dehydrated material is then discharged from the periphery of the screen basket, while water is ejected through the screen slits and flows along the casing wall to the drain outlet.
