Hydraulic automatic pressure-keeping filter press is an industrial equipment that achieves solid-liquid separation by applying mechanical pressure to the hydraulic system. Its core structure consists of an arrayed filter plate and a filter frame to form a closed filter chamber. The equipment adopts enhanced polypropylene filter plate, is equipped with a vertical hydraulic station to achieve automatic pressure holding function, and the electronic control system integrates the PLC module and human-computer interactive interface. The filtration pressure can reach 0.5-1.6MPa, and the processing capacity covers a filtration area of ​​20-1180m². It is suitable for sludge dewatering operations in chemical, mining, metallurgy and other fields.

Working principle

Crushing filter plate: The hydraulic oil enters the oil cylinder after being pressurized by the oil pump, pushing the piston rod to drive the compression plate to move along the cross beam, so that the multi-layer filter plate is closed to form a closed filter space.
Feed filtration: The material is injected into the filter chamber through a high-pressure feed pump, and the liquid components are discharged through the drainage pipe through the filter cloth, and solid particles are trapped in the filter chamber.
Press and dehydrate: The diaphragm plate can be filled with compressed air or liquid for secondary extrusion, reducing the moisture content of the filter cake to the required range of the process.
Unloading and resetting: The hydraulic system supplies oil in reverse to return the pressing plate. After the filter plate is pulled apart one by one, the filter cake will automatically fall off.
