The circular plate filter press is a highly efficient solid-liquid separation device. Its core principle is to utilize the pressure differential across the filter cloth to trap solid particles in the liquid feed within the filter chamber, forming a filter cake, while the liquid passes through the cloth and is discharged. The equipment primarily consists of a frame, filter plates, a compression system, and an electrical control system.
It’s mainly used for solid-liquid separation in stone waste water, ceramics, kaolin, building materials industries. High filter pressure, low water content rate of filter cakes.
