Applicable Materials
This equipment is suitable for separating fine-grained minerals with particle sizes ranging from 0.3 to 0.02 mm. It is widely used in the separation of ferrous metals (iron), non-ferrous metals (tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium), precious metals (gold), and rare metals (monazite, rutile, zircon), and is also suitable for coal mines and other metallic and non-metallic minerals with significant differences in specific gravity.
Structural Features
The equipment mainly consists of the following six major components:
1. Ore Distributor: Adopts a multi-tube design to ensure even distribution of ore and easy control.
2. Feed Chute: Guides the ore slurry smoothly into the separation surface.
3. Spiral Chute: The core separation component, made of fiberglass (glass fiber reinforced plastic), connected by bolts. The separation surface is covered with a prefabricated wear-resistant layer, featuring light weight, sturdiness, corrosion resistance, and durability.
4. Product Collection Trough: Equipped with a valve block adjustment mechanism to accurately collect concentrate, middlings, and tailings.
5. Product Collection Hopper: Concentric annular structure, used to collect and discharge multiple ore streams.
6. Chute Support: Adopts a cross-shaped or triangular frame structure to support the entire machine and ensure the installation angle.
