The drive system is equipped with a variable-speed motor, and the operating speed can be flexibly adjusted according to actual production needs, enabling precise control of the conveying capacity, realizing efficient linkage with upstream and downstream equipment, and improving overall production efficiency. In terms of conveying parameters, the maximum single-machine conveying length of the equipment can reach 60 meters, the maximum lifting height is 30 meters, the conveying inclination angle can be freely adjusted between 0-75 degrees, and it can withstand high-temperature materials up to 600°C, making it suitable for special conveying scenarios such as high temperature and large inclination angles. Meanwhile, the equipment is divided into three models: light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty.
