The GPY series disc filter is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation device, primarily suitable for dewatering fine materials such as 0-0.5mm flotation clean coal and tailings. It can also be extended to solid-liquid separation operations in metallurgy, chemical, petroleum industries, and wastewater treatment, adapting to diverse material handling needs.

The equipment utilizes a vacuum pump to create a pressure difference for filtration. A granular filter cake gradually forms on the filter cloth, and the liquid phase is rapidly separated from the filter cloth by the filter cake. After most of the moisture is removed in the drying zone, the filter cake enters the blowing zone, where compressed air from a blower blows off most of the filter cake from the surface of the filter discs. The remaining filter cake is discharged by a scraper. The entire solid-liquid separation process is completed efficiently with a single click.

The scraper can flexibly swing with the filter disc, optimizing the stress state of the filter disc and effectively reducing the operating load of the main unit.
