ZSY hardened tooth face gear box speed reducer
Product Application
Gearbox with hard tooth surface includes parallel shaft and vertical shaft series. Parallel shaft series is manufactured according to national standard (JB/T 8853-2001). It includes 4 series of ZDY(single stage), ZLY (2-stage), ZSY (3-stage), ZFY (4-stage). Vertical shaft series is manufactured according to national standard (JB/T 9002-1999) and used as driving device that has vertical arrangement of input and output shaft, and includes 3 series of DBY (2-stage), DCY (3-stage), DFY (4-stage).
Main Features
1) Optimization design of main parameters such as center distance and ratio. High interchangeablity for main components .
2) Gears are made of high-class alloy steel, with carburization and quenching treatment. Gear surface hardness of HRC54 - 58.
3) Compact size, light weight, high precision, big carring capacity, high efficiency, long service life, high reliability, stable transmission, low noise.
4) Normally oil sump lubrication is used, with cooling naturally. If thermal power cannot be achieved, circular oil lubrication, fan, cooling coil pipe may be used.
