Working process of selective crusher:
The raw coal is fed into the rotating cylinder from the 30° chute at the feeding end. There are 55× 75mm screen holes on the cylinder wall. The raw coal smaller than 50mm is screened out by the screen section, and the blocks larger than 50mm are constantly lifted and dropped by the lifting plate. The coal and some gangue are broken to less than 50mm, through the sieve hole on the cylinder body and the raw coal less than 50mm together into the sieve funnel, sent to the main washing workshop by belt conveyor. The large gangue on the screen is discharged into the discharge funnel through the rotating cylinder, and finally sent to the gangue mountain. The continuous operation of the selective crusher completes the crushing, screening and sorting of raw coal.
