2.YKR series vibrating screen working principle of ore dressing equipment :
It is mainly composed of screen box, exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor. The motor through the triangle belt, driving the shaker spindle rotation, due to the shaker on the unbalanced weight of the centrifugal force, so that the screen box vibration. Different amplitudes can be obtained by changing the eccentricity of the shaker. The drive screen machine adopts the flap coupling and flexible disc coupling with simple structure and easy manufacturing and maintenance, which overcomes the defect of universal coupling easily damaged; Vibrator adopts block eccentric structure, simple structure; Feeding box can be selected, the application of feeding box to increase the effective screening area of the vibrating screen, while extending the service life of the feed end screen; In the transmission part, the intermediate transition bearing block is added. The application of the intermediate transition bearing block effectively protects the motor and prolongs the service life of the motor.
