This 380V double helix conical mixer is engineered for efficient mixing of dry powders and solids across multiple industries including chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food production, and building materials.
The mixer features two asymmetric spiral agitators that rotate around the central axis while simultaneously revolving within the inverted cone body. This dual motion creates compound movements including shearing, convection, and diffusion, ensuring thorough and uniform material mixing.
Ideal for materials with significant specific gravity differences and varying formulation ratios.
