Rotary Basket Extruding Pelletizer Equipment
This machine adopts one pair of rotating grinding blade to grind from damp material into column shaped granule by stainless steel sieve cylinder which is provided for pelletizing in the next process.
The machine can obtain different size granule by changing the stainless steel sieve.
Rotary granulator is mainly used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, Chinese traditional medicine granule, solid beverage chicken and other with the water viscosity material granulating, classical materials are: solid instant granule particle, lotus root starch granules, chicken ginger poor red jujube poor infusion of particles, such as particles. It has the following characteristics:
1.The particle strength is not high, when the water is dispersed and rapidly dissolves;
2.It is very convenient to change the sieve into different diameter particles;
3.Extruded particles through a sieve mesh evenly.
