Industrial Single Drum Dryer for Feed Yeast Processing
Factory direct selling drum dryer designed specifically for brewer's yeast, feed yeast, and food yeast applications. This rotating continuous drying equipment features internal heating conduction technology for efficient moisture removal.
Working Principle
DDD series rotary drum dryer flaker operates as a continuous indirect heating drying processor. The system consists of a steam-heated rotary drum, applicator rollers, scrapper, and exhaust hood. Liquid raw materials are fed onto the rotating drum surface, where applicator systems ensure even material distribution. Moisture evaporates rapidly during a single drum rotation, with dried products automatically scraped off and conveyed for collection.
