The PNSD pressure spray dryer is engineered for efficient drying of solutions, suspensions, slurries, and paste materials. Liquid material is atomized into fine droplets that contact hot air directly in the drying tower, achieving instant moisture evaporation with drying times of 5-30 seconds.
Raw material is atomized using a pressure sprayer with diaphragm pump assistance, achieving rapid drying through efficient heat exchange (10-90 seconds). Powder granules are collected at the dryer bottom outlet, while waste air and fine powder are separated via cyclone with 96-98% recovery rate.
