The horizontal ribbon mixer is a high-efficiency, single-shaft mixer with wide application capabilities. Featuring a tubular mixing drum with horizontal, single-shaft design and double proportioned ribbon agitators, this equipment achieves thorough convection mixing through precise material movement.
Working Principle
The WLDH series horizontal double blade ribbon blender consists of a U-shaped horizontal trough and specialized agitator system. The ribbon agitator includes inner and outer helical components that move materials in opposite directions simultaneously. Operating at approximately 45 RPM, this dual-action system ensures both radial and lateral material movement for complete blending in short cycle times.
