Semi automatic sugar cone making machine is used to roll the sugar flat cone.

The line is made of three machines including feeding machine,baking plates machine and rolling machine.

The semi automatic sugar cone making machine is composed of working table, rolling mould, transmission system and operating system.

1. Working Table: squareness shape with stainless steel protection. Welding frame component includes transmission system, bearing seat connecting with frame.

2. Rolling mould is composed of rolling head, shell, axle and bracket. Rolling power will be transmitted by gear system.

3. Transmission system includes motor, retarder, gemel , cam and so on.

4. Rolling parts controlled under rolling machine panel with the same controlling box as waffle maker.One motor is controlled by switch. Temperature controlling can master preheating system.
