The Pressed Waler Plate is used for timber or steel walings in conjunction with a winged nut or a hex nut for load transfer. The embossing of the plate increases its rigidity.

WST formwork waller plates are made of Q235 steel, they are usually used together with formwork tie rods to protect the formwork system.with various size and weight, our formwork waller plates have different tensile strength and can match tie rods of various sizes. E.g: for 15/17mm tie rod, usually 5mm or 6mm thick is OK; for 20/22mm tie rod, customers prefer 8mm or 10mm thick waller plates.
