Features:

1). The machine will be controlled automatically in the running situation. It will run fast or slow according to the bottles quantity in transferring belt. If no bottles, the filling valve and capping valve won’t work. The filling speed, filling bottles quantity will display in the touched screen. PLC will control the open and stop of cap loading system;

3). Rinsing valve, filling valve and capping valve can be adjusted to go up and down to make different volumes of bottles;

4). Filling level in filling tank is inspected and controlled by precise apparatus, so the filling level in tank is more stable, filling process is more reliable;

5). It adopts the combination open gear and gear-box to transmission;

6). It adopts high efficiency spraying nozzle, the rinsing water will be sprayed out in certain angle completely;

7). It adopts Nylon neck clips to turn over and rinse bottles, rinsing medium can be recycled;

8). It has automatic centralized lubrication system in transmission. It can supply oil to each lubrication point according to actual situation;

9). It is used to fill milk in glass bottle;

10). It adopts double guiding bar to do the centering, bottle transferring is more stable and reliable;

11). Capping valve has auto unloading function to adjust itself according to the tiny different height of bottles, then lower the damaged bottles rate;
