I.Product Description:
Wireline Manual Tool Trap is a safety device designed to stop wireline tools from falling into the wellbore should the wireline accidentally break at the Rope Socket while in lubricator. This tool features hydraulic operated flappers to provide a passage for tools to enter the well bore when in open position. The hydraulic mechanism can be easily operated by using hand pump or remotely and therefore reduce the exposure to hazardous environment.

III.Product features:
The slot on the flapper allow wire to be run through the closed flappers after the tools has passed. The manual handle provide a clear visual indication of the position of the flappers Closed or Open Wireline Manual Tool Trap are available to suit various working pressures and manufactured to meet client operational needs. There are two main operational types that share common features:
• External visual indication of the tools passing the flapper
• Either hydraulic open and spring return or hydraulic open and hydraulic close
IV.Daily maintenance:
1. Do product test before each well;
2. After each use,
(1). Check whether the O-ring is damaged and replace it in time;
(2). Check whether the manual fork is flexible;
3. When not in use for the time being, you should bring the protective wire for storage.
