Ⅰ. Introduction
GR Type pulling tool is composed of GU shear up adaptor (upward shear adaptor) and GS pulling tool (without shear pin), which can be released by upward shear. It is usually used for fishing lock mandrel, packers ,and bridge plugs with internal fish necks.
GR Pulling tool is used to engage and pull sub surface flow control devices that are fitted with an Internal Fishing Neck Designed to be used when downward jarring is required on the sub surface device prior to pulling

III. Maintenance
1. After the tool is disassembled, check the damage of each component and replace the damaged parts.
2. When assembling, apply a thin layer of grease on the thread surface.
3. After assembly, the fishing neck is attached with thread protector and marked for later use.
