I. Overview:
The wire quality tester (Type I) is also known as the wire torsion tester. It is an instrument used for wire torsion experiments. Through the torsion test, the number of turns when the wire is broken is counted and compared with the standard number of broken turns of the wire to determine the qualitative test. III. Structural features:

According to API9A standard, the minimum number of twisted and broken turns of 0.092" steel wire is about 23 turns, and the minimum number of twisted and broken turns of 0.108" steel wire is about 20 turns.
IV. Maintenance:
Grease the bearings regularly.
