Control panel
The indoor unit of the Cool-smart series CRAC system is equipped with a controller. The controller uses a 4.3-inch touch screen, with Chinese/English intelligent selection, strong operability, parameter setting through touch screen. The display is used to show the temperature, relative humidity, system operation, setpoints and alarms. Use these selector buttons to adjust cooling/heating or humidification and the alarm control settings are used to operate the system. All control setpoints and alarm setpoints in the system can be set by program. The temperature is displayed in the manner. Setpoints are stored in internal memory and will not be lost even in the event of a power outage..

Air supply system
*Up air supply system, indoor hot air is sucked in through the return air outlet of the Cool-smart units, and then sent to the air by the fan after passing through the coil cap or duct. *The upper air system G4 filter is installed in the return air outlet of the unit.
*Downward air supply system, indoor hot air is sucked in through the G4 filter on the upper end of the unit, and then passed to the bottom platethrough the coil by the fan of the unit.

The outdoor unit
The air-cooled outdoor unit is installed outdoors; the outdoor unit includes: condensing coil, axial flow fan and motor, etc.

Indoor unit parts
*Cool-smart series indoor units are equipped with evaporator coils, expansion valves, fans, floor water leak detectors, filter driers, high pressure/low pressure switches, high pressure sensors, and compressors. A heater and humidifier are optional equipment. *External input power needs to be equipped with a power switch.
*Evaporator coils are constructed of copper tubes and aluminum fins and are designed for the high sensible heat requirements of electronic equipment. The indoor air circulation is completed by a centrifugal fan with a high-efficiency, low-noise, backward-inclined outer rotor, which has been adjusted for dynamic balance before leaving the factory. The fan is built with self-adjusting bearings and permanent grease, so there is no need for separate bearing maintenance during its lifetime.
*The compressor is installed in the indoor unit, which is suitable for the all-weather operation of the air conditioner in the communication room, which is more beneficial to the life of the compressor.
