Product Introduction:

This pelletizing line is specially designed for thermoplastic elastomers such as TPR and TPE. It integrates the complete production process from raw material feeding, melting extrusion, water cooling, pelletizing, to automatic packing.

Equipped with an advanced PLC temperature control system and touch-screen operation interface, the line ensures precise temperature control, stable performance, and easy operation.

Advantages of Strand Pelletizing Process:

The water-cooling strand pelletizing process is especially suitable for soft, elastic, and sticky thermoplastic elastomer materials. The molten material is extruded into continuous strands, cooled and solidified in a water bath, and then cut into uniform cylindrical pellets.

Working Principle:

Raw Material → Auto Loader → Dryer & Mixer → Extruder → Strand Die → Water Cooling Trough → Strand Pelletizer → Vibrating Classifier → Storage Silo → Automatic Packing
