2. PP Meltblown Nonwoven Fabric Making Machine Advantage:

1. Our machine design is mainly to produce BFE95&99 meltblown nonwoven fabric.

2. We adopt high quality T-die and spinneret,it is the core element for fabric filament quality,

because the spinneret hole is smaller,generally it is Φ0.2-0.3mm,if mould quality is bad,it is easier to be blocked,it is hard to produce high quality meltblown nonwoven fabric as well as increase the more time on cleaning the spinneret hole.

3. High quality hydraulic sreen changer and meter pump could supply stable pressure to T-die and it would help to produce uniform and even fabric.

4. Our meltblown fabric making machine is equipped with all the necesary machines like electrostatic electret device,heating oven,ultrasonic cleaning device and mixer.
