Raw material & Production process:

The raw material is virgin wood paper pulp, sugarcane bagasse pulp, wheat straw pulp,rice husk pulp, bamboo pulp or other natural fiber pulp. etc.

It can also recycle the rice straw, corn straw,sugarcane waste natural plants into specialized pulping mill system to processing into the pulping sheet, and then supply into the pulp molded thermoforming machine line, producing the high quality food containers, industrial paper packages, etc

The high-end Molded pulp production line process: pulping, screening and refining process. The pulp will be adjusted to a certain consistency, and then it will be formed on the mold of the forming machine by vacuum suction. The final molded pulp tableware can be produced after drying, pressing, trimming and die-cutting.
