This is the production line used to produce all kinds of pulp tableware, pulp plates, pulp bowls, pulp clamshell, pulp box, pulp tubs, pulp cups, pulp lids.
(1) Production line includes the pulping system, pulp thermoforming machine( forming and hot pressing), edge trimming.
(2) Pulp thermoforming machine is forming process and hot pressing process in one machine, can choose manual operate or add robot arm to be automatic. Heating by conduction oil or electricity.
(3) Production needed raw material is virgin paper sheet, could be sugarcane bagasse pulp, wood pulp, straw pulp, bamboo pulp or other kind after paper process pulp.
(5) Machine can change mold to produce different kind tableware.
