D Type Vertical Hydra Pulper
This hydra pulper is used in the process of pulp making .By matched up with conveyor belt and vibration filter, the hydra pulper is capable of disintegrating the wasted paper into pulp and meanwhile screening out the impurities and maintaining certain consistency of pulping. Hydra pulper is mainly composed of tank, rotor, flying knife and screen plate. Carbon steel or stainless steel is optional for the material of tank.
Advantages of D Type Vertical Hydrapulper:
1. Off -center position for rotor makes the waste paper contact the rotor faster and more frequently.
2. Shorten the time of pulp breaking and increase productivity without increasing the volume and momentum.
3. Can use different types of fibrous materials
