Working Principle
This quantitative packaging weighing unit is specifically designed for granular materials and small particles with good fluidity and minimal dust. The system uses pneumatic arc door or vibration feeding controlled by sensor feedback signals. Material is graded into the weighing bucket or packaging bag, and when the set weight is reached, feeding stops automatically. The bag clamper then opens, and the filled bag is conveyed away for sealing.
