Complete Packaging Solution
This double auger putty powder packaging system includes weighing, filling, sealing and conveying functions, specifically designed for powdery material packaging. The machine integrates a bag sewing machine and belt roller conveyor for complete automated operation.

Control instrument uses Canada Germain 8848 with rich software features, simple operation, and reliable performance ensuring continuous operation million times without failure.
Working Principle
This quantitative packaging weighing unit is specially designed for granular materials and small particles with good fluidity and minimal dust. Feeding is controlled by pneumatic arc door or vibration, with sensor feedback signals controlling the feeding mechanism. Material is graded into the weighing bucket or packaging bag, automatically stopping when the set weight is reached. The bag clamper then automatically opens, and the bag is conveyed away for sealing.
