Working Principle
This quantitative packaging weighing unit is specially engineered for granular materials and small particles with good fluidity and minimal dust. Utilizing pneumatic arc door or vibration feeding mechanisms controlled by sensor feedback signals, materials are precisely graded into weighing buckets or packaging bags. When the preset weight is achieved, feeding mechanisms automatically stop, bag clamps release, and completed packages are conveyed away for sealing.
