The working principle of the Conveyor roller
    Conveyor roller drives the idler tube body, the bearing seat and the bearing outer ring and the sealing ring to rotate through the friction force between the conveyor belt and the supporting roller, so as to realize the transportation of the logistics with the conveyor belt.

The use and operation of the roller

1. roller before use should be carefully checked whether the appearance of serious bump damage phenomenon, the rotating rollers should be flexible rotation, no jam.
2. the installation distance of the Conveyor roller should be determined by the scientific calculation of the type of logistics and the size of the conveyer, so as to avoid excessive or overtight installation.
3. the installation of the roller should be adapted to avoid each other grinding.
