Rubber pulley lagging refers to the layer of rubber that is bonded to the shell of a conveyor pulley. Its purpose is to protect the shell of the pulley from damage, increase friction with the conveyor belt and dispense water off the pulley.
There are several different types of pulley lagging such as plain or grooved rubber lagging and ceramic lagging, which each have different variations, specifications and purposes.
Pulley Lagging is important in a belt conveying transportation system parts and components, coated rubber roller can effectively improve the operation of the transmission system, to protect metal roller from the wear and tear, can increase the friction of rubber surface, can effectively prevent the sliding friction between roller and belt.Can reduce the belt slip,reduce material bonded on the surface of the roller.So as to reduce the belt running deviation and wear and tear, improve operational efficiency, make the roller and belt synchronization operation, so as to ensure the belt operate efficiently and large capacity.
