When the V-shaped and reverse V-shaped rollers are used The two forms are used together to form a diamond-shaped section, which can more effectively prevent the conveyor belt from deviating. It should be noted that the reverse V-shaped idler can only be used at the head and tail of the conveyor. Formation is mainly installation.
5. Transition roller: mainly between the installation roller and the first group of rollers. The conveyor belt can be gradually grooved or flattened by the groove shape, so as to reduce the additional stress caused by the extension of the conveyor belt edge due to the grooved extension, and also prevent the material scattering phenomenon that occurs when the conveyor belt is flattened.
