When starting to melt the paint, heat it with a small fire and put a small amount of paint, and start the diesel engine when it starts to melt. After the speed of the diesel engine stabilizes, start the agitator to operate the reversing valve handle (3) [turn clockwise inward, stop in the middle, and counterclockwise outward]. At the same time, continue to put new materials into the kettle, increase the amount of fire and strengthen stirring, until the paint in the kettle is completely melted, and the temperature reaches 180 ℃-200℃ can be placed in the construction equipment for marking construction. Every day the construction materials should be planned, and do not leave too much paint in the kettle at the end of the construction. If there is more paint left, it should be released, cooled and solidified and crushed, and it will be used with the new paint in the next construction. But to avoid too much repeated heating.
