Hot Selling EVA Foam Boat Fenders For Ship Protection With Polyurethane Skin
EVA Foam Boat Fenders Introduction
EVA foam boat fender is a floating type fender using lightweight and high elasticity foam as a buffer medium to absorb impact energy. It’s composed of a closed-cell EVA core and an outer polyurethane skin.
EVA foam boat fenders consist of three parts, including the outer polyurethane layer, reinforced nylon cord fabric, and internal polyethylene foam. The outer layer is strong enough to resist friction and the inner closed-cell can stop any water permeating into the fender body.
As an alternative to the pneumatic rubber fender, the EVA foam boat fender is extremely durable. Moreover, without air inside, there’s no risk of bursting or sinking. And it’s widely used in harbor, offshore platform, or ship to ship operations. Jerryborg’s EVA foam boat fenders are available in black and other customized colors upon customer’s request.
