EVA foam boat fenders consist of three parts, including the outer polyurethane layer, reinforced nylon cord fabric, and internal polyethylene foam. The outer layer is strong enough to resist friction and the inner closed-cell can stop any water permeating into the fender body.
 
As an alternative to the pneumatic rubber fender, the EVA foam boat fender is extremely durable. Moreover, without air inside, there’s no risk of bursting or sinking.
